­ Seasonal window animation (4 times/year) execution.
­ In-store display & monthly photo report to HK
­ Props management (order/despatch)
­ Constantly work on zoning plan to maximize product visibility.
­ VM training
­ Lightbox selection & arrange installation
­ Maintenance (lighting & floor cleaning)

2. Visual Merchandising for Luxury shoes & bags
­ Seasonal window & in-store animation execution.
­ In-store display work (random store visits)
­ Constantly work on zoning plan to maximize product visibility.
­ Prop management (order / distribution)
­ POP & Signage design
