•Lead ISIR (Initial Sample Inspection Report), Workability and Pilot test together with internal colleagues (in Korea and overseas),
partner company and customers (OEM and Tier 1s) to qualify and specify our products at the customers
•Deliver the value of our products/services over competition to the customers in a timely manner and cost effective way

Education:
BS degree or above in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
Experience Required:
3~5 years of hands-on experience for OEM coatings at laboratory of paint manufacturing company or production line in automobile maker preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
:
• Enough knowledge on automobile painting at OEM (body) and Tier 1s (bumper) not only for paint itself but facilities and processes preferred
• Availability for Troubleshooting during the process of tests
• Interpersonal skills & Enthusiasm
• Skill to listen/translate VOC (voice of customers) to us and vise versa
• Good communication skill in English both written and verbal.
• Good IT Skills (MS office, etc.)
