- To cost effectively control all operational activities and deliver a service quality performance
- Organize the operational structure and resources to develop the staff so as to optimize the performance of people
- Lead the development of the country operations budget plan
- Set up procedure to monitor staff, equipment and facility housekeeping to ensure corporate standards are met so as to provide good PR to the company
- Monitor service KPIs to ensure high profile is given to service to both perceived and actual top service provider

- 10 years experience in fast processing environment with transportation or warehouse background preferred
- Understands customers and markets
