- Managing marketing plans, media plans and budgets
- Develop and execute marketing plans, sales strategies, and action plans for identified
targets of opportunity that clearly define objectives, goals, win strategies, schedules,
and action assignments.
- Develop and execute marketing materials, sales tools, and training for use during
complete product lifecycle.
- Building brand awareness to support business goals through the execution of
marketing plans
- Operational brand and marketing experience, including both grassroots events and
campaign activity (to include launch and re-launch activities)
- Retail background – ideally within beauty industry or related environment
Team Management and Leadership experience
- Developing relationship opportunities with businesses and 3rd parties to strengthen
brand exposure
- Hands on experience and demonstrated achievement of PR campaigns

Bachelor's Degree : MBA a plus
5+ Years marketing experience in a cosmetic industry
Effective organizational and strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong work ethic : able to set and meet goals
Ability to multi-task and work within required deadlines
Ability to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Bilingual (English/Korean)
