Organizes and monitors all HR operations, such as: personnel files, new hire process,
record filing and retention, etc.
• Communicate company policies and procedures, and primary point of contact for managers
on general HR related issues.
• Organizes and prepares staffing agency process with the approval of the branch managers.
• Prepare and submit payroll for LPK/C-HUB locations.
• Manage/track all leave requests for LPK/C-HUB locations.
• Handles necessary travel arrangements at the request of LPK/C-HUB locations.
• Prepares/submits necessary weekly reports.
• Handles necessary accounting tasks.
• Reports directly to LPK Team Manager & HR Manager.
• Fulfills any reasonable request made by LPK Team Manager or HR Manager

- Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree or minimum 2-3 years of experience
• Proficient MS Office skills
• Ability multi-task, prioritize and work in team setting
• Great attitude with proactive mindset
• Must be detail oriented
• Bilingual - Korean (REQUIRED)
