• Management, coordination and support of the local application team with:
• Software installation and demonstration of company products at the customer location
• Assessing the training needs of the application team and implementation of training modules
• Economic optimization of all application training activities
• Implementation of development programs especially for pre-sales and application training processes
• Ensure ongoing knowledge transfer to the sales force e.g. introduction of new products, training for the product range in place
• Contact person for customer needs
• Represent the company at exhibitions and open houses
• Further projects

• Degree/ Bachelor in mechanical, electronic or manufacturing engineering
• Strong technical background with CNC machines or in a related industry
• Experience with using control systems of FANUC, Heidenhain and Siemens
• Minimum of 3 years leadership experience
• Minimum of 5 years experience in application, maintenance and/or test cutting field
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Pro-active and customer-oriented attitude
• Problem solving capability
• Team player
• Capable to join an international environment
• Good English skills
