Reporting to the DeWind Co VP Sales and Marketing, conduct Sales & Marketing activities in North America from a front office perspective in support of the DeWind Business Plan, including closing and consummating turbine sales that meet the ongoing DeWind Co objectives, building sales order backlog to DeWind Co plan, build and manage customer relationships, actively build, develop and close new business opportunities.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business; MBA a plus.
2. 5+ years sales and marketing experience, preferably in a public company.
3. Ability to work well under time deadlines and pressure.
4. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
5. Strong work ethic; able to set and meet goals.
6. Demonstrated attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills.
7. Accomplished sales and marketing professional, personable and easily able to develop productive relationships with customers.
