Job Summary: Provide wind turbine applications engineering support, including but not limited to turbine site suitability, power evaluation, electrical interconnection evaluation, wind resource assessment, certification and compliance, etc. in support of the DeWind Marketing, Sales and Business Development function. In addition, provide support to DeWind project construction and execution teams, and to DeWind fleet support teams. Areas and activities will include but not be limited to market-specific applications engineering, vendor technical support, project execution technical support, operating fleet support, and any other engineering and technical support that may be required to support the DeWind Co team, product line and operating fleet.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; Masters degree a plus.
2. 5+ years engineering and technical experience.
3. Ability to work well under time deadlines and pressure.
4. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
5. Strong work ethic; able to set and meet goals.
6. Demonstrated attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills.
7. Accomplished engineering professional, personable and easily able to develop productive relationships with colleagues, vendors and customers.
8. Knowledge and experience with Six-Sigma, DFSS, Lean Manufacturing / Management Principles a plus.
