- New product development for Denatl market
- Strong skills in the area of "hands-on" lab work in prototyping and concept development.
- Need the ability in interacting with customers, marketing and technical service in taking customer desires, needs and wants into defined products.
- Excellent communication skills are required to Interact with international colleagues and share the knowledge and the best practices
- Become expertise in process qualification, validation, and managing new product development process, and communicating knowledge of product and technology platform.



Resposibilities include:

- Dental technology development
- New product idea generation & R&D process management
- R&D collaboration with external experts

자격 요건

For Dental market
- Master or doctor degree in related area
- Major in material science, polymer engineering, & chemical engineering is preferred
- Broad knowledge on polymerization and formulation design with job experience in dental material market
- Good communication skill with internal & external customers
- English communication skill (written and spoken)
- Good scientific background in understanding materials and process
