• Communicate with employees to find core development isuues and develop the agenda to increase employee's core talent by job title.
• Develop Employee training materials, and design and deliver training classes. To provide expert Employee consulting support to Employee representatives and management. To develop and update Employee training manuals.
Responsibilities include:
• Develops development agenda and encourage learning mind to be a learning organization.
• Develops new and updates current training. Develops, implements, and interprets procedures.
• Implements and conducts training classes for new employees orientation training, core skills, mentoring and apples & oranges training to meet established objectives. Needs to be able to respond quickly to difficult questions, situations, or issues that may occur during a training course or seminar. Oversees, coordinates, and maintains training plans, schedules, training records and department authorized unit assignments.
• "Supports the Training Manager by identifying organizational training needs, developing training programs or processes around leadership training and other training needs. Participates in the development of the complex training planning schedule."
• Administers and monitors training policies and materials. Coordinates training records. Analyzes and summarizes training effectiveness through seminar and customer feedback. Uses feedback to further develop or refine and update training materials.
• Pursues continuing education opportunities to enhance professional career development by utilizing internal and external seminars or coursework. Performs other duties as assigned.

• A Bachelor's degree level of education or equivalent experience through training is normally required to apply knowledge of professional fields such as communications, marketing, or business administration.
• Minimum of 3 to 7 years of related job experience is generally required.
• As a seasoned professional, the employee provides leadership to others as a technically specialized practitioner.
•The employee primarily uses influencing, writing, and presentation or speaking skills. Also required are analytical, leadership, and planning skills.
