Responsibilities
- Ownership of WMS (Warehouse Management System) and support daily operations, maintenance tasks, implementation of
additional requirements, and any abnormalities.
- Ownership of TMS (Trucking Management System) and support daily operations, maintenance tasks, implementation of
additional requirements, and any abnormalities.
- Involved in various other enterprise application systems to support the use and maintenance - Intranet & Email System
(Company Groupware), Operations & Accounting System, Trucking Management System, Freight Tracking System and more.
- Respond to support calls from business users, collect related information, assess priorities, trouble-shoot and resolve
application software problems.
- Responsible for estimating, monitoring and reporting development tasks, project status and anticipating potential issues
that could adversely impact schedules.
- Actively participate in constant PI activities, including reviews, interviews, analysis, documentation, reporting and presentations.
- Manage 3rd party providers of application systems and maintenance services to the business systems. Give necessary orders and
perform evaluations of their service levels. If necessary, search for new vendors and replace current ones, for better performance
and cost efficiency.
- Available to support applications outside of normal business hours is required.
- Other duties as required.

Qualification
- Must be bilingual in written and verbal communications. (Korean and English)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Information Technology or equivalent experiences.
- Certain degree of experiences with Java development and frame works are required.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in application development and programming.
- 3 to 6 years of experiences supporting database driven client/server applications at the workgroup level or larger. Oracle Preferred.
- Working knowledge and hands-on experiences of warehousing, logistics or distribution industry and WMS
(Warehouse Management System) or TMS (Trucking Management System).
- Demonstrable competency in using standard desktop applications for word processing, spreadsheets, desktop publishing
and project management.
- Strong time management skills and multi tasking abilities.
- Leadership skill in leading the business users of the application systems, gathering neces
