• Administrative duties and recordkeeping
• Schedule and Coordinate recruiting/informational sessions
• Post openings in newspaper advertisement, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues
• Research new ways of using various network for recruitment
• Assist in using social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
• Maintain employee files and the HR filing system
• Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office
• Work with HR Sr. Coordinator on recruiting process

• BA degree
• 0-2 years of experience
• Human resource, project/event coordination experience preferred, but not required
• Effective organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work within required deadlines
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency with MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Bilingual preferred (English and Korean)
