•Understand and communicate Korean customers' requirements, issues, desires and cultures with global functional teams
•Work closely with and support all Korea and global functions to win new business opportunities and achieve Korea profitable growth targets
•Work deliberately to meet Korea and engineering MCIP/IMCIP goals and to maintain internal controls/ISO 9000 and implement DBS
•Recommend components packaging, performance and durability details which meet vehicle and EMS system requirements
•Lead customer in developing solutions to component, component interfacing or EMS system problems during entire development timeframe
•Train customer to apply properly with Car components by application guidelines and interfacing requirements to install vehicle
•Make application level design work in Korea by working with global engineering teams
•Responsible products are fuel injector, high pressure pump, fuel rail, sensors, actuators, fuel pump module and e-CVVT
경력 및 자격요건
•Mechanical or electrical engineering degree (bachelor or above)
•Minimum 3 years experience in automotive gasoline engine or EMS (Engine Management System) components engineering work
•Knowledge in gasoline engine, EMS and vehicle development process
•Preferred EMS calibration experience with EMS component knowledge
•Preferred Automotive motor or actuator design capability
•Preferred Pro-E CAD capability
•Good communication skills in English and Korean
•Interpersonal skills and team work
