- Identify and establish business relationship to key players of the major LIB cell manufacturers
- Support CZ’s strategic activities to strengthen business presence in Asia
- Assessment of market trends and its implications for the (future) CZ product portfolio
- Identify additional business opportunities for existing CZ products in the LIB market

- Excellent market and industry know-how (commercial and technical) of the Asian lithium ion battery (LIB) industry
- Broad understanding of the LIB value chain
- Broad understanding of the automotive industry, including its quality requirements
- Good know-how for the chemistries involved in the LIB future developments
- Industry reputation and good personal contacts to key players in the LIB industry.
- Demonstrated, “hands-on” experience in market driven innovations (new products, new applications, new business models).
- Determination, commitment to performance, strong communication skills and team orientation
- Ability to work in an international team, very good English skills (++)
