Finance Manager
• Used to working for multinational companies and understands both Korean and more global accounting methods.
• Can communicate effectively in english (excellent written / reading and preferrably able to have a clear conversation with both myself and John)
• Will to do a range of work from payroll to reporting to financial analysis

• Excellent communication skills – written and oral
• Process orientated
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Understanding of UK and/or US GAAP
• Firm grasp of accrual based accounting
• Experience with regular communication to overseas head office
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team
• Willing to learn on the job, proactively broaden responsibilities
• Confident to continue to improve ways of working
• Experience – 5 yrs+ Accounting and Finance experience within a multinational in Korea. Advertising industry experience preferred although essential.
