경력 및 자격요건
- Experience in and knowledge of making a decision on the systems, screens, manuals, information, etc. necessary to operate a call center and collect VOC (voices of customers).
- Experience in and skills to analyze data on inquiries from customers
- Knowledge of telephon lines and toll-free lilnes, and skills to make improvement proposals and deal with matters flexibly.
- Experince in practical operation and customer handling as a supervisor at a call center
- Experience in developing staff, motivation management, coordination with other sections and companies, preparing reports and materials
