- Act as contact point in Korea and develop positive relationships with the end user for all store facilities management issues in the country.
- Plan and manage on site FM operation among different locations in term of evaluating operations maintenance.
- Work with the end users to assure excellent service delivery to the end users and individual stores.
- Accountable for the effective and different planned maintenance and reactive
maintenance to minimize possible future incident.
- Ensure continuous operation and process improvement
- Manage maintenance and service contracts and monitor vendor/contractor's performance
- Build up cost effective operation model with high environmental awareness
- Provide support in Facilities Management for New Store Opening in Korea
- Supervise office admin functions to provide the best in class administrative services to end users in Korea
- Provide central procurement services to all end users in Korea

- university graduate major in Facilities Management / Engineering 우대
- member of international recognized Facilities Management / Engineering bodies
- minimun of 7 years' of relevant experience
- Working conversational English
