Oversee Tax duties
- All necessary tax compliance efforts
- Coordinating tax payments within respective jurisdictions
- Managing tax audits and examinations
- Coordinating the various tax advisors
Oversee SOX compliance duties
- Review the current operating procedures and Corp standard procedures
- Implement standard operating procedures/controls in compliance with Corp standard
- After implementing controls, responsible for self-testing and developing improved controls that are flexible and address changing environments.
Oversee Treasury duties
- Cash management and forecasting
- Maintaining banking relationships
- Coordinating all foreign exchange matters with Corporate/regional Treasury team
- Daily and monthly cash balancing and reconciliations
- Support of business units throughout cycle and at month-end
Other support and coordination with internal

- Accounting or Finance Degree
- 7 ~ 10 years of directly related experience
- experience with a US multi-national organization on Tax, Treasury, SOX
- English required ; working proficiency
