- Development & Execution of Strategies for business growth
- Manage overall sales & marketing activities
- Development & management of distribution channel
- Provide leadership in coordination among respective inter/intra divisional functions and customer’s end
- Comply with internal sales & marketing policies and procedures.
- Do various research and analysis regarding market, products, and competitors
- Ensure timely & accurate internal reporting
- Maintenance of documentation, data, and other materials in line with Delphi Business System and other external requirements
경력 및 자격요건
- Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket
- Strong interpersonal network and capability
- Experiences at manager/supervisor position (more than 3 years in auto industry)
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and PC skill
