1) Manage and develop supply Supply Chain team & Process
- DRP/ Order Plan Management
- DRP parameter review
- Ensure objectives ( KPI - DOI, OTIF etc..) are met and develop and track
improvement action plan
- Proposals for inventory reduction
- Contribute to creat and implement cost reduction actions plans
2) Lead Monthly Operations meeting w/ Marketing in order to review the forecast and inventory level
3) Lead supply processes & tools evolution & contribute to Supply-Chain projects.

- Over 8 yrs of experience
- Detail-oriented and good leadership abilities to build the effective and give the high motivation to team members
- Understanding on import process, supply planning and basic accounting principle ( DOI )
- Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills
- Advanced level of Speaking and writing in English
- 75년생~79년생(과,차장급)
