•Manages all site EHS activity & program implementation/continuous improvement.
•Manage EHS budgets, including forecasting & IMCIP savings
•Manage air, waste, noise and water discharges to ensure that all meet legal and Corporate requirements.
•Maintain and implement hazardous material control process.
•Ensure that all EHS permit applications & renewals are made on time.
•Manage and report on EHS metrics to site manager, divisional & Corp staffs.
•Recommend annual EHS objectives to the Plant Manager, monitor and communicate plant performance
•Maintain EHS training program and provide relevant EHS training to all KTC employee.
•Ensure that all new projects have undergone an EHS review and that necessary controls have been budgeted and are provided.
•Manage the closure of all EHS audit findings within 12 months if any
•Meet Divisional objectives and implement Divisional initiatives.

•3-5 years' experience in Environmental, Health & Safety Management with knowledge and understanding of Korea laws and regulations relating to each discipline
•Solid experience base in environmental and safety programs, engineering, managerial competence
•A thorough understanding of regulatory procedures and practices in areas of environmental protection, work-place safety, and occupational health are required
•Ability to work under pressure and influence in a fairly matrix organization
•Effective communication skills and strong team player
•Good spoken and written in Korean & English.
