1. 7~10 years of sales or marketing experience in medical, pharmaceutical industry
2. Education & training experience related with consultant management
3. OTC market development in the medical cosmetic market or drug stores
4. Channel development of specialty hospital like PS, OS, OB/GYN, GS, ENT, Dermatology department
