- Check & analysis plant equipment for the preventive maintenance
- Define the minimum and maximum spare part stock levels for every machines and equipments
- Check & purchase spare part for maintenance within annual budget
- Manage & control the utility equipment
- Gather information for the equipment improvement
- Control subcontractor for the equipment improve & repair
- Make pending list & perform maintenance with maintenance member
- Make & update equipment document for the maintenance
- Make & gather mechanic drawing for the maintenance
- Safety control for the mechanic equipment
- Safety control for high pressure gas & explosive gas
- Safety control for utility equipment
- Subcontractor safety control

- Bachelor degree in general engineering (with mechanical engineering as main subjects) with 5 years of industrial experience of which 3~4 years has been in a maintenance environment within relative industry.
- Good knowledge of products, manufacturing process and gypsum production facilities
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance management methods
- Basic knowledge in law and regulations of safety, fire-fighting, dangerous substance, gas and energy
- Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills.
- Good communication skills in English
- Team working and project management skills
