1. Leading and providing oversight and development of the Medical Affairs organization in Korea providing leadership to development of KOLs, educational activities, and helping organize and support the success of Medical Affairs led activities including Advisory Boards, symposia, workshops and key customer events
2. Ensuring that there is a standard, compliant and effective procedure utilized for responding to medical and scientific inquiries from physicians, hospitals, medical societies, and others regarding our approved and unapproved products
3. Ensuring that customer requests for medical information follows agreed upon protocols, and meets the local needs of physicians and those of the commercial organization
4. Overseeing training for scientific and technical information of pharmaceutical sales team
5. Overseeing phase4 and investigator initiated research activities in Korea in conjunction with Regional Medical Affairs

1. Medical Doctor degree required
2. Minimum of 5years of clinical practice
3. Experience leading a Medical Affairs team highly desirable
4. Experience in academic research, regulatory/scientific, or medical liaison environment
5. Overseas medical training or work experience highly desirable
