- Be in charge for all major Engineering Companies (ECs)
- Primary client-facing position to ECs for projects
- Identifies and qualifies legitimate ECs sales opportunities, providing a consultative and value-added approach to develop EC relationship .
- Maintains and ongoing relationship with ECs, continuously assessing and communicating how Company can meet their needs.
- Supports projects, with proactively initiating and organizing meetings and phone calls with the ECs, prepare proposals, letters, and email, as well as prospecting and solutions closures
- Establishes and maintains a 'Preferred provider' relationship with the key decision makers and influencers of ECs.
- Develops and executes sales and technical presentations ECs.
- Proactively develop cross-selling opportunities for other products (gaskets, packing, expansion joints, and couplings) besides sales of mechanical seals.
경력 및 자격요건
- 4 year engineering degree, preferably mechanical
- Experience working with or working in Korean Engineering contractors
- 10+ years of rating equipment / mechanical seal sales and / or capital project experience, preferably within the oil&gas industry with direct experience in the sales, application, or operation of orating equipment is preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills, and above-average writing and verbal skills are required in English language
- Should have current EC relationship and strong networking skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills including strong self motivation, focus and passion for the sales process and service to customers
