• Deliver world-class virtual instructor-led training sessions based on product functionality and tailored to the customer workflow
• Drive and support quarterly campaigns and achieve allocated training targets
• Create and maintain accurate contact and activity records in the CRM system.
• Continuously build personal knowledge and work towards a specialisation in the financial markets, the company's products and customer workflows.
• Proactively collect, analyse and share customer feedback with internal stakeholders
• Effectively manage inbound training requests
• Make "Welcome Calls" to new users. Assist users in connecting to application, if appropriate, and perform initial product training.
• Generate sales leads and work with virtual account teams to increase retention
• Work with the Specialists and Senior Specialist teams by providing feedback on the training curriculum
• Contribute to creating a productive working environment
경력 및 자격요건
• BS/BA or equivalent work experience in the design of training & learning courseware
• Masters degree advantangeous
• Learning or training related professional certifications are a plus
