• Bachelors degree in Engineering
• 10 years experience in the field of Refining, Petrochemicals or Gas Processing with sales or sales support experience required
• Ability to conceptualize and effectively communicate business needs
• Demonstrated ability to manage and direct cross functional and project sales teams in a global/multi-cultural environment
• Must possess a good balance of strategic and tactical skills, with a demonstrated understanding and use of business and negotiating skills
