•Take charge of the daily PC&L(Production Control & Logistics) activities, including production and material planning, warehousing and logistics.
•Organize weekly, monthly planning parameters review & activity inside PC&L and with other functional departments.
•Lead monthly MPS review with joint functions. .
•Monitor daily operation and tackle all unplanned issues timely, or report to management for resolution.
•Be accountable for department matrix including.
- Inventory value, Inventory DIO & Premium Transportation.
- Schedule Attainment
- Department budget
•Train and coach subordinates to work as a team and grow.
경력 및 자격요건
•University Graduate or above
•More than 5 years relevant experience
•Good command of English and PC Kill
•Good knowledge of MRP II, SAP, and AMPICS certificated is preferred
•Daeri~KwaJang Level
