•Ensure the responsibility of all (local/regional/central) projects follow up:
- Unit testing phase with the partner [IT and business contacts]
- Support the business to formalize any new requirements, coordinate with the central team & local team
- Organize and coordinate User Acceptance Tests in line with the project commitments.
•Organize and support, control and IT projects to provide a quality service to users.
•Ensure the regular IS&T service (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) tasks delivery.
•Maintain and develop the other regional application Systems if necessary
•Ensure the coordination and the supervision of the external supplier in charge of the Helpdesk.
•Ensure the coordination with the Region & Central team .

- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Technical knowledge: DB(MS SQL / ORACLE), BI tool
- Project Experience on ERP, HRMS, CRM
- Ability to effectively communicate issues and resolutions to all levels of the organization
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information
- Good level of English communication in writing and speaking with regional office in HK
- Minimum 2 yrs experience (Sawon~Daeri level)
