- Achieve sales goals by working effectively with the country business team
- Establish market penetration strategy.
- Build plan and implement the regional marketing programs to generate qualified sales lead through detailed needs assessment and professional relationship building.
- Coach country business team for effective business development strategy and activity.
- Align regional market strategy and messaging with Headquarter strategy
- Organization development to support evolving market opportunity including channel development.
- Funnel management and forecasting
- Up to 40 % travel required
경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field, advanced degree preferred.
- At least 10 years experience in sales, marketing, or business development of the in vitro diagnostic device, LC, or Mass Spectrometry.
- Strong operational experience in marketing and sales
- Fluent English and strong communication skill.
- Enthusiasm and ability to self-motivate.
- Mobility to frequent travel.
- Work location is Seoul, Korea.
- Mobility to frequent traveling
