•Responsible for all customer-related activities within the region, including the maintenance of the existing customer base, as well as development of new markets and customers for direct bonding, licensing, and material resale.
•Create the overall sales and business development plans for the region, including the establishment of relationships with senior management of critical customers within the region.
경력 및 자격요건
Education:
•BS or above, Engineering, Business, or Marketing
Experience Required:
•Experience within the LCD industry
•Past experience working for a major Korean LCD manufacturer preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•Networking - Experience in networking with senior management at key customers
•Strategic Planning - Ability to develop strategic plans to govern future growth of the region.
•Good command of English, both in speaking & writing
•Strong ownership and sales accountability
•Good interpersonal skill
•Excellent negotiation/influencing skill
•Reliable & team player
