* Finance
- Monthly financial closing and submission of reports in compliance with the grounp accounting policies
- Liaise with audit firms and tax consultants on audit and taxation matters, including prepraration of audit and tax schedules
- Corporate controlling reporting, forecast and buseinss planning
- Cash and loan management, cash forecast and liquidity plan for group reporting
- Credit management and credit insurance
- Internal control and compliance
- Asset management (Account Receivable and Stock Control)

* Logistics
- Manintanin close contact and establish clear communication channel with Sales/Executives on all sales coordination, order/stock status and shipping related issues
- Liaise with warehouse, forwarders (both overseas and local) and transporters on shipping and delivery arrangements
- Maintain close contact with S'pore Office to ensure all orders were produce and ship as per schedule
- Prepare monthly sales forecast

At least 5 years of relevant experience in the managerial role
Degree in Accountancy
Fluent in English
Familiar with SAP Applications
Flexiblity to travel HQs.
