Job Description:
Primary responsibility:

Building the business
• Supporting the sales team in identification and pursuit of new opportunities
• Demonstrating tax software solutions to prospective clients in meetings and via web conference
• Understanding clients’ needs and relating those needs to features in the software
• Building and maintaining a detailed understanding of the suite of the tax software solutions

Implementation
• Working with sales, service and software development teams in planning, implementing and supporting the rollout of software to clients in Korea
• Ensuring clients’ smooth transition onto the software solutions
• Providing product training
• Developing close relationships with clients
Supporting clients
• By telephone and e-mail in English and Korean
• Diagnosing and resolving issues reported by tax and IT staff
• Maintaining records of support requests, their status and the resolution within supporting

The candidate will have a minimum of 3–5 years experience in Korean tax compliance and will bring the following skills to the role:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Fluency in Korean and English
• Up to date knowledge of Korean tax supported by a professional qualification
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Big 4/professional services firm experience preferred
• Willing to travel
• A good team player and ability to work on own initiative
• Experience in working under pressure and with limited supervision
• Strong organisational skills
