- Overall manage machine setup & maintenance activity
- Organize the whole team to repair problem systems
- Organize the whole team to meet the target in safety, quality
- Support OS implementation to continuously improve the cost
- Supporting new project launch
- Control overall manufacturing budget
- Work out the 3 levels PM system for machines in Molding, Assembly and Electrical Centers
- Coaching subordinates to follow the Company EHS policies
- Prevent waste materials, stationery, water, and electricity and protect nature

- University level degree
- Over 5 years working experiences preferred to have 2 years in connector
- Has sound background in managing machine maintenance
- Has rich experience in molding machine will be preferment
- Experience in connect industry will be plus
- Experience in molding industry will be plus
- Managerial, supervisory and team building skills to direct and lead staff
- Computer, network and software skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Auto Cad ,and Project Manager
- Ideal candidate would possess English language skills
