- Solve the problems in the process and work instruction
- Direct technicians and operators to set up the process parameters and operate machines
- Constantly improve the molding process
- Cooperate with tool or maintenance personnel to set up maintenance work instruction
- Cooperate with tool designer to solve the problems during tool design, manufacturing or usage
- Cooperate with the quality engineer to solve the quality problems and set the regulation for quality inspection standards. In charge of the management and coordination of new products
- Develop, review and update policies and Work Standards that support the attainment of the Connector System Mission and Goals
- Provide training and cross-training for staff and develop subordinates
- Assure adherence to all company Work Standards
- Actively participate in teamwork as required
- Strive for Lean Organization and Continuous Improvement
경력 및 자격요건
- University degree in Science
- 5 years of Mechanical related experience and preferred to have 3 to 5 years of Quality related work experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills to relate effectively with both internal and external personnel
- Good writing skills to provide written Work Standards and instructions
- Good analytical skills to insure timely collection and analysis of Quality data
- Good training skills to conduct training programs
- Excellent presentation skills
- Computer, network and software skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Project Manager
- Good English language skills
