Responsibility
•Regional responsibility for 3M Food Safety hardware service business in 3M Asia Pacific
•Provide problem solving as 2nd tier level support for Food Safety Hardware and Software
•Provide hardware service and application training both internal and external to 3M
•Customer interaction(phone and face to face) representing the 3M Food Safety business
•Communicate 3M global team and customer with customer requirement, technical update, and critical information.
•Apply new 3M Food Safety hardware and technologies quickly
•Manage training schedule and qualified training sessions
•Develop local service plan, capability and service business
•Manage or guide hardware/software upgrades on current/new equipment throughout the region
경력 및 자격요건
•BS degree or equivalent for Electronics, Mechanical Engineering
•Bilingual - good oral and written communication and presentation skills in English
•Preferred 2-3 years service or equivalent experiences
•Be able to travel overseas frequently
•Professional manner with significant customer interaction (phone and face to face) representing the 3M Food Safety business
•Ability to provide influence to team
•Possesses ability to listen – must be able to listen to customer needs and appreciate their problems
•Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
•Strong computer skills or software skills
•Good at working with hands
•Able to work with a variety of people across cultures.
•Work well across a variety of people and cultures
•Preferred oral and written communication skills in Chinese
