-Design and develop organizational structure, job design, roles & responsibilities for by brands and function.
-Set up HR plan & budget including organizational headcount plan with each division managers
-Lead implementation of core HR programs to business team by measuring employee qualitative contributions and organizational effectiveness.
2. Staffing & Talent Development
-Ensure full staffing of the highest qualified people for the function in a timely manner.
-Seek and develop succession plan w/managers to enhance organizational effectiveness through individual job allocation and development.
-Executive appraisal and mid-year development process of employees and gain insights from managers with results.
-Managing annual training programs and training effectiveness assessment from conducted training. Communicate closely with brands to improve the efficiency of training offered.
3. Communication & Define and Lead Company Culture
-Communicate with any issues related to employee issue within the function such as grievance handling, employee Q&A, exit interviews.
-Gather employee opinion of the field and define employee needs about the company.
-Redefine company culture by co-work with the brands and enhance employee engagement level through field oriented communication and culture driving.
