*Sales Area Management Supervisor is responsible for dealer management

-Establish retail sales target and sales strategy
-Achieve sales target and dealer's KPI
-Report responsible dealer’s status and market situation (weekly, monthly)
-Facilitate the communication between dealers
-Monitor and consult retail marketing
Managing used-car business and company car
-Implementing & managing of used-car business
-Manage and follow up company car list
Dealer CSS target management
-Check up CI/CD standard of responsible dealers and follow up
-Coaching dealer's operation/checking execution
