-The primary purpose of this position is to define, analyze, support, test and administer complex business and/or information technology that meets department requirements. This position is also responsible for the implementation, deployment and maintenance of hardware and software. This position ensures that systems and processes align, to business and user needs, both locally and globally. This position coordinates vendors, installs and support technology. This position is required to provide after hours support, when needed.
-Provides high level of problem solving abilities to identify production problems, troubleshoot, and determine root cause analysis. Identifies scope changes and the potential impact to other systems. Implements measures to minimize routine issues. Produces/prepares reports. Plays a key role in the incident management process.
