-Customer touch point analysis and lifecycle strategy development including prospect and lead management, customer retention and loyalty programs
-Development, implementation & analysis of campaigns for customer lifecycle management programs
-Coordination & analysis of CRM activities & data in campaign management, complaint management, prospect/lead management

Customer Data Management
-Data quality management
-Customer privacy policy management and coordination with agencies and related bodies

Support CRM system development & coordinate
-SKS application supervision
-Coordination with call center
