• Work with supply line and manufacturing to compress lead times, reduce inventories, and smooth the progress of manufacturing execution.
• Manage system planning parameters to control inventory and support production.
• Monitor, measure and report on supplier delivery performance.
• Participate in corrective action planning for deficient suppliers.

• Bachelor's degree in a Business or Management discipline required.
• Minimum 3 years work experience in scheduling of manufacturing materials; experience in the automotive industry or in a global manufacturing company preferred.
• Must have good organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products — Word, Excel; and familiarity with MRP systems essential.
