1. In charge of all sales activities, departments and personnel involved in sales
2. Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company's strategic goals
3. Establishes performance goals for all sales department employees, and monitors performance on a continual basis
4. Develop and implement an effective strategic sales plan
5. Develops, or participates with the senior staff, in the development of the strategic marketing plan for the company
6. Coordinates sales operations with all other departments/divisions of the company
7. Develops and improves business relations with all customers of the company
8. Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities for the company
9. Standard measurements will focus on actual sales, profitability, and growth percentage within the business unit
10. Lead and influence a successful and experienced team of sales managers
11. Monitor, analyze sales and market trends
경력 및 자격요건
1. Minimum of 3years of experience in a sales management & 5years in people management capacity in the pharmaceutical company
2. Must have good understanding of pharmaceutical market to drive a growing business
3. Strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills
4. Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach
5. Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement
6. Proactively develops and improve products and services
7. Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues
8. Make strategic decisions
9. Inspire others to share their vision and support them to reach a common goal
10. Coordination and planning of budgets, people and time management
11. Dedicated to improving results
12. Analytical expertise in understanding complex issues and their consequences
