• Provide quality leadership across APAC sites and operations.
• Work with division and site teams to develop, plan and implement the ISO 9001 processes, OHESD quality systems and the regulatory certifications necessary to support OHESD manufacturing and laboratory operations.
• Coach, train and review performance at the OHESD APAC sites to ensure high product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Implement and facilitate quality review processes for the OHESD APAC sites to drive continuous improvement and alignment to division systems, processes, metrics, and quality culture.
• Participate as quality management representative to the OHESD APAC business unit teams and conduct new product commercialization gate reviews as the quality reviewer.
• Facilitate and lead development of overall quality functions for new and expanding manufacturing and laboratory sites.
• Supervise and coach the division quality engineers

Basic/Minimum Qualifications:
• B.S. degree in engineering, science or statistics from accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or laboratory role.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated individual with proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize to meet business needs.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills and ability to work well with multi-cultural and cross-functional global teams.
• Working/expert knowledge of quality systems and experience driving ISO 9001 implementation.
• Solid competency in statistical methods and quality engineering tools with strong passion for quality improvement and ability to drive change
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
Preferred Qualifications:
• M.S. degree in engineering, science or statistics from accredited university.
• Experience supervising and coaching employees.
• Experience with new product commercialization, Lean Six Sigma, supplier management
