•Support on Quality issue and follow-up until the corrective action implementation
•Supplier quality improvement activity
•FTQ (First Time Quality) activity
•Quality improvement activity on tier-2 suppliers
•Supplier performance review (Quality and Compliance Scorecard, etc.)
•QFS improvement
•Monthly A3 report and the Step Down Chart update
•Support and resolve quality issues of Korean suppliers
•Supplier training
•Execute quality improvement strategy
•Corrective action follow up and verification
•Utilize Delphi tools to improve SQ performance at Korean based supplier

• University Graduate
• Strong quality knowledge and experiences on connection system & wiring harness product, familiar with ISO 9000/QS9000 /TS16949 quality system, having quality management and capable of reading drawings, having experience for supplier audits
• Experienced on Korean connection system parts, rubber Grommet and plastic IMM parts
• More than five years relevant experience
• Good English ability
• Global mind & Positive passion
