- Provide on-site user application training and support of the company product to customers and to other internal stakeholders – marketing, sales and service teams.
- Run sample demos and analysis at strategically important cases with internal demo chemist
- Give technical talk to promote technologies – instrument, software, applications at related conferences.

- Degree in analytical chemistry or related disciplines preferred.
- Minimum three years of hands-on experience with current mass spectrometry and liquid chromatography devices.
- Possess of laboratory skills in the work of analytical chemistry is preferred.
- Business English
- Proficient with computer operating systems and networking.
