oMaintain site and all national and local promotional elements
oDevelop eMarketing campaigns and mini-sites to maximize leads generation
oSupervise the Web Developer position and oversee management of site performance and site maintenance, all survey activities, and all micro site activities
•Lead Korea B2C market strategy and product marketing, and assist with B2B strategy and sales campaigns to support all business units, including corporate sales team and language centers
•Develop innovative messaging & creative for new customer acquisition and customer retention
•Develop and implement national advertising and direct marketing efforts
•Responsible for the copywriting of marketing communications
•Manage and implement Public Relations and Partnership strategies
•Develop annual marketing plans and assist Country MGR

•Education: bachelor degree in related major required, post-graduate degree in marketing major a plus
•5 years experience in marketing function required, 2 years experience in marketing management a plus
-2 years experience in an e-marketing environment desired, design/ creative experience a plus
-Project management experience
•Required Competencies/knowledge/skills
oMust possess exceptional writing and oral communication skills in both Korean and English
oAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects and work under deadlines
oUnderstanding of technologies, best practices and trends for online marketing, internet campaign development and implementation
oUnderstanding of local marketing/interactive/PR agencies
