- Preparation and issuing of contracts to domestic and global suppliers.
- Supporting Plant set-up in establishing purchasing and logistic process
- Drive component localization in Korea.
- Price negotiations with Korean suppliers.
- Identify and develop the strong supplier base for Korea business which can be later developed for LCC sourcing.
- Improve supplier PPM YOY and delivery; including global reporting and supplier development support
- Coordinating GSCM Commodity and Application activities for Korea SBU with the help from global commodity and application teams.
경력 및 자격요건
- Minimum 5 years experience mainly in supplier development (STA) and new product launches
- Familiarity with drawings, specifications, materials and manufacturing processes.
- Experience on TS 16949 procedures and implementation.
- Good knowledge on APQP and PPAP processes.
- Cross functional team experience with ability to perform in Matrix organization.
- Corporate GSCM experience with international business desired (LCC preferred.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
