• QMS role : development and maintenance of quality system
• Actively participates in New Product Introduction Process.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance standards are met for new and current products.
• Improve supplier quality, Improve production quality, encourage/enforce six sigma tools, and strategies for design validation. Suggest other tool usage where appropriate such as SPC, 8-D, e-CATS, Core tools (Control Plan, FMEA, MSA, PPAP) etc.
• Set-up and enhance Product Validation capabilities to integrate with global PV committee.
• Execute warranty claim analysis and establish reducing plan.
경력 및 자격요건
• Over 10 years experience in Quality and/or Production and/or Engineering
• Min 3 years experience as a Quality management
• Good in English communication
• MBA and/or Six-Sigma Black Belt preferred
