• Proposal of multiple scenarios for customer and selection of optimal logistics solutions
• Warehouse Layout Design & Utilise appropriate software tools for developing, modelling, evaluating and selecting appropriate solution options.
• Customer Transportation Planning and Modelling
• Perform Warehouse Operation Simulation

Implementation
• Lead the Implementation project
• Verify the Business Development budget and proposal to customer
• Document the 'to-be' high level process for the operation & system
• Document and evaluate operating procedures(SOP), information flows and performance requirements.
• Support the WMS implementation with IT team
• Deliver training to the new operation staffs
• Manage project; implementation
