• Answering Technical Support call (toll-free call centre), redirecting calls where appropriate.
• Responsible for ordering spare parts and tracking of urgent orders.
• Advocate and gate keeper for policy and procedure.
• Service billable invoicing, providing quotes and ensuring no unexplained unbilled orders are open at the each month end.
• Administers the Service Contract business through renewals quotation, contract document preparation, contract implementation, invoicing and answering customer inquiries.
• Provide information relating to Installation, Service Billing and Consignments.
• Monitoring, scheduling and distribution of Planned maintenance and Installation service orders.
• SAP maintenance through clearing of batched materials, suspended Service Orders, actioning tasks, updating records and testing as required.
• Receipt parts into stock and ship out to customers and dealers when required.
• Manage service stock through stock takes.
경력 및 자격요건
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, marketing, trading or a related field with relevant experience in multinational company for at least 2 years.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• An understanding of commercial administrative and invoicing systems
• An understanding of the operation of a field service organisation
• An understanding of, and skills in the use of SAP
• Intermediate skill levels in MS Office packages, especially Excel.
• An ability for practical learning and independent work practices
• A high degree of attention to detail
• Excellent numeracy skills
